The Carolina
Piedmont Pageant system is owned and operated by the
Mother/Daughter team of Frances Setzer and Carmen Setzer-Davidson.
Both have had extensive involvement in pageants for the past
20 years and have been praised as the most fair, honest and
well organized pageant directors in the area. Their goal is
to "Make your Royalty Dreams Come True!"
Frances Setzer has been involved with pageants on many
levels. She has served as Co-Director, Set Designer, Judge,
Auditor, Chaperone, and in many other areas of pageantry.
She has traveled across the state of North Carolina to
pageant workshops and various pageants.
Carmen Setzer-Davidson has served as Co-Director,
Choreographer, Judge, Auditor and Emcee for several years.
She has held several titles and has competed in the Miss
North Carolina Pageant as the 1996 Miss Hickory. She has
also traveled throughout North Carolina visiting other
pageants and workshops.
Carolina Piedmont is looking for a few good preliminary
